For Christmas this year, Videoshop creator Joseph Riquelme decided to give his parents something they totally did not expect.
He received a tidy sum from the video editing app he created, so he thought it would be nice to make his parents happy. Yes, money should not be the sole thing that should make people happy but it was not the money – it was the thought behind the gift that made it all the more special. Of course, money was a factor because he could not possibly give that gift if not for the dollar bills – you get my point, right?
So, for Christmas, he gave his parents a white envelope, which is kind of boring, right? What did it contain? Gift cheques? Money? An inspiring poem?
Well, those would be nice by Joseph gave them something truly grand: he paid off the mortgage to their house!
